problem in outlook express

Dear Sir,
Please note that i can open my ourlook Express but there is dome problem .
1)Display colour is not ok showing blue colour some space.
3)no marfin line of this message inbox sent box also no margin line in my
out look message folder when i opened this filder then i can see my in
coming mail when i click on sender adders.
I think you can understand my problem.I can't delite this folder from
computer because in this folder i lots of urgent message .
So request to you please advise me what is the way for solve this problem.
Please advise me ASAP.

A Vista/Windows Mail tutorial for OE running in Win98? I don't think so...
