I've read the posts about OE not running because of a problem with msoe.dll
and I realise I will have to remove and reload OE. But! I have windows ME
and if I reload OE from the disc that came with the PC (purchased June 2000),
won't I miss out on patches and upgrades that were issued since then?

Thanks to all
