outlook 2002

please help!
I have tried to set up outlook several times from several different sources.
It will not send mail.
The set up wizard is ok until I hit finish. then when it goes through the
functions It only completes 1 out of 4 or 5 functions.

It always says you succeswsfully completed the set up process.

Check with your ISP for the correct server settings. You don't tell us what
kind of mail, your email provider and what you mean by 'several sources.'
Don't try to access web mail like Hotmail using Outlook. Use a browser
instead.
