I provide desktop support at my business and I have a user who hsa the
following problem.

Outlook crashes and writes the following to the Application Event Log (these
are multiple log entries):

These crashes occur randomly. The user has identified two situations in
which the crash occurs:

1. Attempting to open another user's calendar.
2. Attemtping to Accept, or Tentatively accept a meeting request.

Can anyone help me figure out what is causing this and how to resolve it?

TIA,

Rich
