my problem could be configuring the fax
don't understand tsid and csid
how do i fill these in?

Not relevant. Tell us how you configured fax reception and why you "cannot"
receive a fax.

receiving fax I am able to send a fax but cannot receive fax using microsoft fax program as installed at dell factory windows xp please help in layman's terms thanks
