how do i change the settings or script so when i print a fax from the
"sent items" box that the top line shows the name of the recipient
instead of the number of the recipient?

You must specify your Fax software and interface. No one could have a clue.

Deleted Items In my outlook when i delete items from my inbox they are then kept in my deleted items but there are several copies of the 1 email that i delete and this happens with each email i send can you help thanks mick

sent items go to Inbox Whenever I reply to a message in my Inbox (IMAP account), the reply goes to my Inbox instead of to the Sent Items folder. I then have to manually move the item to the Sent Items folder. What's more, even though I move the message to the Sent Items folder,
