just installed new Outlook Express and every email with an
attachment says "OE has removed access to the following
unsafe attachments", but they arent unsafe! How do i stop
this??

Just a security feature. Go to Tools > Options > Security > uncheck 'Do
not allow attachments to be saved.............' OK

BTW, one can often use "FIND" to find earlier posts dealing with one's

In OE go to Tools | Options | Security and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments...".

Start OE - Tools | Options | Security | click to deselect the 'Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus' under Virus
Protection.

This option is enabled by default in Outlook Express Service Pack 1 (SP1)..
