Add a Picture to a Signature in Outlook

  1. Open Outlook and click on the File tab.
  2. Select Options from the list of available options.
  3. Select the Mail tab from the left side of the window.
  4. Scroll down to the Signature section and click on the Signatures button.
  5. Create a new signature or select an existing signature from the list of available signatures.
  6. Click on the Insert Picture button and select the picture you wish to add to your signature.
  7. Click OK to save your changes and close the window.
  8. Click Apply, then OK to save your changes in Outlook.
