Add a Picture to a Signature in Outlook
- Open Outlook and click on the File tab.
- Select Options from the list of available options.
- Select the Mail tab from the left side of the window.
- Scroll down to the Signature section and click on the Signatures button.
- Create a new signature or select an existing signature from the list of available signatures.
- Click on the Insert Picture button and select the picture you wish to add to your signature.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the window.
- Click Apply, then OK to save your changes in Outlook.
