How do I Add a Vacation Message in Outlook?

To set up an automatic vacation message in Outlook, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the File tab and select Automatic Replies
  2. Select the option “Send automatic replies”
  3. Select the duration you would like the replies to be sent
  4. Enter the message you would like to be sent
  5. Click OK
  6. Your automatic replies will now be sent for the duration you selected.
