How do I change the font size in Outlook?
The font size in Outlook can be adjusted in one of two ways.
1. Using the Zoom slider in the main Outlook window:
a. Right click on any blank space in the Outlook main window.
b. Select “Zoom” from the menu.
c. Use the slider to adjust the font size.
2. Using Outlook Options:
a. Go to File > Options.
b. Select the “General” tab.
c. Under the “Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office” section, use the font size dropdown to select the desired font size.
d. Click “OK” to save your changes.
