Create a New Email Address in Outlook
- Open Outlook on your computer.
- Click on the File tab in the top left corner.
- Select Account Settings and then Account Settings again.
- In the Email tab, click on the New button.
- Enter your name and desired email address in the provided fields.
- Select the type of account you want to create.
- Enter the server and port information for the account.
- Enter the username and password for the account.
- Click the More Settings button.
- Select the Outgoing Server tab.
- Check the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing server port numbers.
- Click OK.
- Click the Test Account Settings button to ensure everything is set up correctly.
- Once the test is successful, click the Close button.
- Click the Next button to finish the setup.
