Create an Outlook Email Folder

  1. Open your Outlook email account.
  2. Select the “Folder” tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click the “New Folder” icon in the ribbon.
  4. Type the name of the new folder in the box.
  5. Select a folder to place the new folder in the drop-down menu.
  6. Click “OK

Your new folder will appear in the list of folders on the left side of the window.
