Enable Email Encryption in Outlook
To enable email encryption in Outlook, you first need to enable Transport Layer Security (TLS) in the Outlook options. To do this, go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Email security. Then, check the box next to “Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages“. You can also enable encryption for incoming messages by checking the box next to “Require encrypted messages sent to me to be encrypted”. Finally, save your settings and you are all set.
