Set up an Outlook Email Template

  1. In Outlook, go to the Home tab, then click New Email.
  2. In the message window, type your desired message.
  3. Click the File tab, then click Save As and select Outlook Template from the drop-down list.
  4. Name your template and choose a location to save it.
  5. When you want to use the template again, go to the Home tab and click New Items, then choose More Items and select Choose Form.
  6. Select User Templates in File System, then choose your saved template.
  7. Click Open and your template will appear in the message window.
