Set up an Outlook Email Template
- In Outlook, go to the Home tab, then click New Email.
- In the message window, type your desired message.
- Click the File tab, then click Save As and select Outlook Template from the drop-down list.
- Name your template and choose a location to save it.
- When you want to use the template again, go to the Home tab and click New Items, then choose More Items and select Choose Form.
- Select User Templates in File System, then choose your saved template.
- Click Open and your template will appear in the message window.
