Outlook Keep Asking Me to Enter A Code

Outlook may be asking you to enter a code if you are signing in from a new device or if you are signing in from a location that is different from your usual sign-in location. Outlook may also be asking you to enter a code if you are signing in from an unrecognized device, if you have enabled two-step verification, or if you have enabled two-factor authentication.
