Outlook Keep Changing My Email Font Size

Outlook may be set to automatically adjust the font size based on the size of the window. To turn off this feature, click the “File” menu, then click “Options.” On the “Mail” tab, click “Stationery and Fonts.” Uncheck the box next to “Automatically select character sets for outgoing messages.” Click “OK.”
