Outlook Keep Sending Emails to The Wrong Address

Outlook may keep sending emails to the wrong address if the address was previously used, if the address was part of an auto-complete suggestion, or if the address was mistakenly added to the contact list. Additionally, if the email address is misspelled or the wrong address is typed manually, Outlook may send the message to the wrong recipient.
